Do you have a Magic Band yet? They’re available now at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. As you know you can enter the park with it and you can earn bounties at Galaxy’s Edge among other things.

One of the amazing things Disney can do with your Magic Band is manage the large crowds that come to the parks. Because your Magic Band has a tracker, Disney knows where you are at all times. When a large crowd forms, Disney can prepare you beforehand. Disney has an entire onsite team that monitors crowds, so when a big crowd forms, they’ll inform you through your app about character locations, additional space in restaurants, and alter wait times and ride queues to address the issue as quickly as possible.
