Bring These Items to Make a Disney Trip Comfy

Bring These Items to Make a Disney Trip Comfy

Planning on a Disney trip? Got a backpack, rucksack or a roomy fanny pack? You should bring some of these items to make your trip to the Happiest or Most Magical Place on Earth easier.

Water bottle: Bottled waters tends to be really expensive at theme parks, even Disney parks. Even though I really love the lime-flavored Topo Chico, I highly recommend bringing a collapsible water bottle or any sized water bottle. There are water filling stations in the park with fresh H2O so you’ll be hydrated and not spending on water for 5x the price.

Hand wipes and sanitizer: You’re going to be eating a whole lot of churros, popcorn and other delicious treats. And you’re going to be opening doors that thousands of guests have touched. And who can forget the posts, knobs, gates, merch and other items guests have touched in the queues, the stores and the attractions. So to keep bacteria at bay, keep your hands and other body parts clean and sanitized.

Portable charger: Do you have a mobile phone? Do you have a digital charger? Do you even use a gimbal or have lighting equipment for your influencer shots? Well, the power’s not going to last the whole day. We know that battery life has increased for our devices, but keeping tabs with our family and friends, along with scrolling through the Disney app is going to sap a lot of juice from our devices. Bring a portable charger along with the correct USB cords and extensions.

Portable fans: Here’s something for the hot California or Orlando summers and falls. You can get a portable fan or a wraparound neck fan. (Affiliate link)

Here’s a list of other things that can fit into your backpack, rucksack or large fanny pack.

    • Sunscreen
    • Long sleeve shirt or sweater. Hoodie too.
    • Extra socks — I’ve made the mistake of riding Splash Mountain in the front seat.
    • Lip balm
