Mind Trick to Make Disney Line Waits Shorter

Here’s an interesting way to make your waits on attractions shorter at any Disney park. And it involves psychology or rather, our human mind patterns and how it makes us choose.

It has to do with our dexterity: Us being right-handed or left-handed. In the queues of some attractions at Disney parks, the queue will split, and you will have to make a decision to go right or left in a new queue. And since a vast majority of the world is right-handed, we tend to choose the right side over the left. That’s just how our minds work.

There have been unofficial and unsanctioned tests if this works with most testers believing that choosing the left side makes queue waits quicker. So you heard it here, take the left side, not the dark side, and you’ll shave a few more minutes from your busy park day!
